Our bridal fitness packages are completely customizable. Whether you just need a kick start with a new program or you need frequent personal attention with weekly workouts until the day of your wedding, we can put together a package that suits you.
Although each package is designed specifically for each individual, whether you are a bride, groom, parent-of-the-bride/groom or maid of honor, there are a few elements that are the same for all packages. They include:
• initial evaluation of current physical fitness level
• consultation to determine goals
• creation of customized workout plan tailored to meet agreed upon goals
• one-on-one training sessions
• progress tracking and weekly updates via email
