A Love Story that Began in 8th Grade

Are You Ready For It? Julia and Michael’s journey began in the 8th grade when they first connected through text thanks to a mutual friend. Growing up in West Hartford, CT, they crossed paths at the same high school, where their friendship blossomed into romance during their sophomore year. Their long-lasting bond is truly inspiring, and it sets the perfect tone for their special day!

A Formal Celebration with a Fun Twist

The couple envisioned a formal yet fun celebration at The Crane Estate, a venue known for its breathtaking views and elegant gardens. With a color palette of soft blues and pinks, and shades of lavender accented with classic white, we transformed the estate into a colorful oasis that perfectly mirrored their energetic spirits.

Creating a Smooth and Memorable Experience

Julia and Michael emphasized the importance of a seamless day with minimal stress. We worked closely with them to ensure every detail was meticulously planned, allowing them to enjoy their wedding without a worry in the world. They secured an amazing photography and videography team to capture all the special moments, and Elegant Aura made sure that the flow of the day kept everyone on track.

Gorgeous Floral Arrangements

One of the standout features of the wedding was undoubtedly the floral arrangements. Julia had a clear vision for the flowers, desiring a “wow factor” that would leave guests in awe. Floral designer, Roland, created architectural but composed arrangements filled with hydrangeas, dahlias, roses, and delphinium. The vibrant pops of purple against the soft hues brought the entire venue to life, making it truly unforgettable.

Entertainment that Keeps the Party Going

As the sun began to set, the atmosphere shifted to one of excitement and energy. With their love for fun and upbeat music, Julia and Michael curated a playlist that featured a mix of pop, country, and classic rock to keep everyone dancing all night long. Thanks in part to Taylor Swift, the dance floor was packed with joyful guests celebrating the newlyweds, and it was a delight to see everyone having such a great time!
